Mama Kitty's Adventure.

Today Mama Kitty had to go to the doctor. Her back legs bother her a lot. She's been having a hard time in the litter box this week and you could tell her leg was bothering her. My mom was fretting over Mama Kitty a lot! My mom and dad decided the doctor should look at her.

Mama Kitty told me all about it. She had to wait a long time. There were scary dogs and a scary little boy in the doctor's office. There was another kitty who was scared and Mama worried about that kitty but Mama was mostly worried about herself. She's really scared at the doctor.

Mama finally had her turn and she got to see the nice lady doctor. We like her a lot! My mom always hopes she's the kitty doctor when we have to go to the doctor's office.

Mama had a picture taken of her back like I did! The doctor said she has arthritis like I do. My mom thought that was probably the case. The doctor told them that all kitties our ages have some arthritis.

Mama said she got a shot like I did. She didn't like that very much. My mom and dad have to watch Mama Kitty today and then tell the doctor tomorrow if the shot helped.

Mama's arthritis is in a different place than mine. I really like the hot packs for mine, but Mama Kitty doesn't. I think Mama just likes to rest when her arthritis is bothering her. I'm going to let Mama Kitty rest a lot because I know how it feels.
