Adventures in the Snow.

Me and Mama Kitty just got back inside from playing in the snow. My dad was working on the screen door so it was open and Mama Kitty decided to go outside. I don't know what she was thinking! As soon as she ran out, I ran after her. I turned around and ran right back inside. I expected Mama Kitty to follow me back in but she didn't. Why not??? Is she crazy today?

So I decided if she was going to be out, I'd go play too. It is COLD out there! We tried to find some grass to eat but it's under all that snow. Mama Kitty went hopping through the snow before she came back to the porch.

There was a thin strip of dirt next to the house so we thought we'd follow that to see what we could find. It was all snow, all around, so I headed back to the porch. I just sat on the porch shivering. I wanted to go back in but not until I knew Mama Kitty was inside and safe.

My mom opened the door and Mama Kitty decided she'd had enough of shivering and went back in. I thought I'd wait for my dad to get back in but then decided I was too cold so I ran back inside. Dad's on his own.

He must have got cold too because it wasn't long and he came back in. I'm glad we have nice warm laps to warm up on after playing.
